Grading

The County of Hawaii requires that all site work involving more than 50 cubic yards of material have a grading permit. We can design a grading plan that shows the quantity and location of material to be moved.  For an additional fee, we can also arrange for a survey if one is needed. 

Permits & Fees

We provide required information to the appropriate departments of Maui County to expedite the process of your permits.  Departments include Development Services Administration (DSA), the Water Department, and the Planning Department, including SMA (Special Management Area) applications.

Construction

We use the most up-to-date and quality materials that are on the market today.  We go above-and-beyond the minimum requirements of rough hardware specified by Maui County codes. This guarantees you a solid, sound and safe home. 

Inspections

Four inspections are required by Maui County before completion.  They are 1) Foundation, 2) Framing, 3) Drywall and the 4) Final.  Our quality control procedures ensure  these inspections will go smoothly.

Occupancy

Ater all inspections are complete and final walk through is done, we offer a one year warranty on your home.  This covers all workmanship so you may be assured before you take occupancy, your home is structurally sound.
